Homey Koffee After Sales Service

Homey Koffee Maintenance Conditions:

  • 1. Within 6 Months of Purchase:
    If the product experiences a functional failure not caused by human damage within 6 months from the purchase date, customers are entitled to free repair service, including parts and return shipping, upon presenting the official receipt and verification by an authorized Homey Koffee service technician.
  • 2. Between 6-12 Months of Purchase:
    Free repair services (including parts) will be provided, but customers are responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs.
  • 3. After 12 Months of Purchase:
    All products will require a repair fee of £50 (excluding parts), with parts charged based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Homey Koffee Maintenance Service:

Products sold by Homey Koffee come with comprehensive repair service, including a full inspection of parts and components. Once repairs are complete, customers will be contacted to arrange return shipping. Customers can choose their preferred courier service, with shipping fees covered by the customer where applicable.

Replaced parts come with a 30-day free warranty, limited to the same issue and non-human-related faults.

Circumstances Not Covered by Free Maintenance:

  • The product warranty period has expired.
  • The product serial number does not match the purchase invoice or has been altered.
  • The product was purchased outside the United Kingdom.
  • Damage caused by non-Homey Koffee accessories or improper use.
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or discoloration from regular use.
  • Damage caused by human error, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow the user manual (e.g., dropping, water damage, using incorrect voltage).
  • Blockage of thermoblock, shower head, or steam wand due to improper maintenance (e.g., failure to descale regularly).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-original parts.

Important Notes:

  • Homey Koffee only provides maintenance for products sold directly through Homey Koffee.
  • Warranty service applies only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred if the product is resold.
  • Service may require a factory reset of the machine, and Homey Koffee is not responsible for data loss.
  • Homey Koffee reserves the right of final decision and interpretation regarding these terms.
