We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds work at Homey Koffee.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition received, with all original packaging and accessories.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at homeykoffee@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions (returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted).
Return Shipping & Costs
- Change-of-mind / wrong size or colour: the customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. If confirmed, we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved), and then place a new order.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Custom or personalised items
- Used items or items not in original condition/packaging
- Sale items and gift cards
- Consumables where the seal has been broken
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off
If your order ships into the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Original shipping is non-refundable and the buyer pays return postage.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
